About Chimichuri Burger by PENNY’S DINER
When I visited a hamburger store called “PENNY’S DINER” at Nihon-Odori Station in the Yokohama Minatomirai area for an interview, I was so impressed by the delicious chimichurri burger that I wrote a song about it.
The atmosphere of the exterior and interior of the restaurant, which resembles an American diner, is used in the music.
Chimichurri sauce is a sauce made from parsley, which originated in Argentina, and it adds a refreshing and sour taste to the burger.
The coarsely ground patty, hand-chopped by the owner himself, has the texture of a steak, giving you the full feeling of eating meat.
