About Ume-Oroshiso Burger by harakara
I wrote this song inspired by the ume grated grated soybean paste burger at “Harakara,” a hamburger store in Sangenjaya, Tokyo. This music was inspired by the ume grated radish burger at “Harakara,” a hamburger shop in Sangenjaya, Tokyo.
It is a hearty menu item with a large 150g patty and 80g of grated radish on top, and the bread, grated radish, ume plum, and aojiso go together better than expected.
They don’t use mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard, and the simple seasoning of only salt and pepper on the patty makes the Japanese ingredients and the bun a perfect match.
Unfortunately, the restaurant closed on July 30, 2023, but it was my favorite restaurant since it was located in Minami-Aoyama.
