About Real Burger by R-S
R-S” in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, is a famous restaurant whose name is familiar to all hamburger lovers. I was invited to interview the restaurant and was inspired by the delicious hamburgers I had there to write a song.
The “Real Burger” made with Wagyu beef is superb.
The burger is seasoned with a fried egg, cheddar cheese, and teriyaki sauce, and was originally a bribe meal for the staff.
The buns are from a neighborhood bakery called “zopf” and are characterized by the pumpkin seeds and firm sweetness on the bun.
