About Folky Smoky by folk burgers&beers
folk burgers&beers is one of my favorite hamburger stores in Jimbocho, Tokyo, Japan.
I have been there many times, and when I had the opportunity to interview them, I was so impressed with their Forky Smokey menu that I wrote a song about it.
It is a burger with a coarsely ground patty made from 100% Angus beef, hand-chopped in the store, and topped with the store’s special “pulled beef”. It is even more delicious when topped with jalapenos and avocado.
